Return Merchandise Policy
- Permission for any merchandise must first be secured from us in writing. Do Not telephone for permission.
- The return of non-defective Stansport merchandise, when authorized, is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
- No shortages are allowed unless reported within 15 days.
